A place to come together and find your village, your community, your nourishing support.
We will meet twice a month, in Holden, MA for 3 month sessions. One Saturday every month and one Thursday evening, we will come together to drink tea, enjoy good company, and find much needed support.
Children are welcome, keeping in mind that this is a time and space for you to unwind, and childcare will not be provided for older children.
We are keeping things extremely simple, slow and thoughtful for this group. So if you are interested please send us an email or a DM.

Postpartum Preparation Classes to help you prepared for the transition into parenthood.
Postpartum Preparation Workshop
This abbreviated class will focus on making a postpartum plan so that you can make sure you are prepared for this incredible new chapter of your life! You might have spent time researching cribs and car seats, but have you spent any time looking into what postpartum will mean for you? With this abbreviated workshop you can get a plan started and get an overview of what to expect.
Postpartum Prepartion Class
If you are looking for something more in depth that will cover everything postpartum, and teach you how to make your postpartum easier while you’re still expecting, then you will love Hello Lovely’s Postpartum Preparation Class. Join postpartum doula, Kate Lux, in a two class series that will give you all you need to feel confident going into your postpartum. You will leave this class feeling prepared with a postpartum plan, and gift basket of postpartum goodies.

If you find getting out of the house with your new little one to be intimidating and stressful, take this opportunity to join us for a walk. Practice getting out of the house, with a group of people who are in the same boat! Get out into nature and take a breath of fresh air!
We will meet at a stroller friendly path in Holden, MA. Siblings are welcome to join!
Lovely Preparations
Lovely Preparations is a one-on-one meeting to go over all things postpartum. Starting with what to expect immediately after birth! This gives you a chance to know what to expect in your healing journey, and matrescence. You will receive a Postpartum Plan that you can customize for your own needs. This meeting can be done in person, or virtually.
Lovely Preparation lays the foundation for all the lovely care that every postpartum person needs.
