Why i wanted to make this class
The biggest thing I remember after I had my first baby, was how ill prepared I was for what came after! I had submitted my maternity leave and that was about all the preparations I had done for myself. My husband was back to work when I was 10 days postpartum, and I didn’t have much of a support system at the time. I spent so long in survival mode. But it doesn’t have to be like that! I shouldn’t be like that. New parents should be given the tools they need to ease into parenthood, which starts with postpartum care!
